NavLakshya is an education and career empowerment initiative dedicated to supporting students through the All India Bright Minds Scholarship Program, Career Counseling Services, Skill Development Programs, and Internship and Placement Assistance.

Eligibility

• Students must provide accurate and verifiable academic details
• For candidates below 18, parental or guardian consent may be required
• NavLakshya reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before confirming participation

Registration & Account Responsibility

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

NavLakshya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Scholarship Program Terms

• Scholarship awards are determined based on merit, eligibility criteria, and evaluation standards
• Examination results and merit lists declared by NavLakshya are final and binding
• Scholarship benefits may include financial assistance, fee waivers, recognition certificates, or career support services
• NavLakshya reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or benefits at any time

Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy
• Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 7 working days of the transaction

Career Counseling & Placement Services

• NavLakshya provides guidance and placement support but does not guarantee job placement or any specific employment outcome
• Placement opportunities depend on individual candidate performance, eligibility, and employer requirements
• NavLakshya is not responsible for employment decisions made by third-party recruiters or companies

Our role is to open the right doors for you. Walking through them requires your effort, preparation, and commitment

Intellectual Property

All content available through NavLakshya — logos, text, graphics, course materials, assessment tools, and scholarship content — is the intellectual property of NavLakshya. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

Users agree:

• You will not misuse the examination or assessment platform
• You will not engage in cheating, impersonation, or fraudulent activity
• You will not upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• You will not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our platform or any examination process

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or permanent termination of access to all NavLakshya services

Limitation of Liability

NavLakshya shall not be liable for technical errors during examinations, website downtime, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Privacy

Your use of NavLakshya services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data with full care and transparency

Termination of Services

NavLakshya reserves the right to cancel registrations, disqualify candidates, and suspend or permanently terminate access to services if any violation of these Terms is detected or suspected.

Changes to Terms

NavLakshya may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
